Lindsay Lohan: Hell No on Conservatorship
Lindsay Lohan may have completely lost control of decision-making in her own life, but she’s trying not to succumb to a conservatorship being placed on her.

According to TMZ, Lindsay plans on fighting against anyone who tries to place her under a conservatorship.

Sources say she personally said she will go to court over anyone who tries to take over her finances. The only problem for Linds is that she’s sort of stuck in rehab right now. And we doubt the Betty Ford peeps would let her out for a court appearance not related to her October 22nd hearing.

During the time Lindsay is in rehab, sources say a trust could be created in her name in order to handle her finances—and there’s aint nothing she can do about it!

Ironically, we hear Dina Lohan was the one who suggested the conservatorship. Lindsay and...

Former Betty Ford Patient: What Lindsay Can Expect in Rehab
Since Michael Lohan confirmed to Hollyscoop that Lindsay Lohan is in fact in rehab at the Betty Ford Clinic in Rancho Mirage, CA, we’ve been dying to know what a day in the life is like at the infamous facility.

We spoke EXCLUSIVELY with a former patient who spent 30 days at Betty Ford, and she told us exactly what Lindsay can expect from the experience there.

When we asked if it was likely Lindsay would get special treatment for being a celebrity, our source said, “Not really.”

“The counselors there are adamant about not giving special treatment to celebrities,” said the former patient. “The only perk Lindsay will probably get is a bigger room.”

Patients at BF are paired up in dorm-like situations—each room containing two beds and two desks. There is a communal bathroom on every floor, which must be cleaned daily by the patients, including...

From one junkie to another--Charlie Sheen is offering Lindsay Lohan some words of encouragement.

“I think she’s doing the best that she can,” he told Radaronline at Blizz Frozen Yogurt in Los Angeles on Wednesday.

“It’s not easy to begin with… but then you put it under the bright lights of this circus and it makes it that much more difficult.

“People just need to leave her alone and let her do her thing. I think at the end of the day she’ll win.”

Charlie, who was Lindsay before Lindsay was Lindsay, has had his share of legal and drug problems as well. He checked himself into rehab earlier this year for cocaine and alcohol abuse.

Sadly, as many times as Charlie has f**ked up, Lindsay has been to rehab more times than he has! Do you think Lindsay will continue to go...

Michael Lohan: The Root of Lindsay's Problems is Her Family
Lindsay Lohan is back in rehab for the fifth time, but this time she's trying out a new facility--the Betty Ford Clinic in Rancho Mirage, California.

Betty Ford has a reputation for being a strict rehabilitation center, even with their celebrity clientele. But at $26,000 a month you think they would have a better track record.

According to Gawker, some of the famous graduates include David Hasselhoff, Keith Urban, Ozzy Osbourne, Drew Barrymore, Billy Joel, Liza Minnelli, Bobby Brown and Elizabeth Taylor.

But does BF have what it takes to help Lindsay get clean? According to her father Michael Lohan, the answer is No!

"Now that word is out. Look at the "short " list of people who went to Betty Ford," Michael tells Hollyscoop EXCLUSIVELY.

"Most if not all relapsed. I went there myself and I will tell you, Betty Ford is a Country Club. They...

Michael Lohan Seeking Conservatorship Over Lindsay
Move over Dina, Michael Lohan is ready to take control over Lindsay Lohan's finances and career too!

Earlier this week Michael told media outlets that his ex wife Dina and Lindsay's new manager Lou Taylor plan on gaining a conservatorship over Lindsay, a la Britney style, and now he wants in on the action too.

He said: “Since Dina and manager Lou Taylor are going to try and be co-conservators, I had a choice of fighting it or petitioning for the purpose of appointing two conservators who don’t have an interest in Lindsay’s money but rather her as a person and a human being.

He continued, “Dina and Lou have their hands in it, not their hearts.”

Speaking of Dina's plans to gain a conservatorship earlier this week Michael said, “I’ve learned of a plot to put Lindsay under a conservatorship. It's disturbing...Lou and Dina are trying to...

Lindsay Lohan's very private brother Michael Lohan Jr. has stayed mum throughout the years when it comes to his troubled sister. He's watched his mother Dina make excuses for Lindsay and listened to his father plead with her about entering rehab.

But now that Linds is in rehab for the fifth time he's finally speaking out. "I think that in the past, her vision had been blurred," Michael, 22, tells People magazine.

"People she was surrounded by – enablers, leeches, whatever you'd like to call it – made things very difficult," he says. "It's quite strenuous to right your wrongs when the people around you help justify your actions. Therefore, cloudy judgment made it easy for her to neglect those trying to guide her."

Lindsay recently tweeted that she has a problem and volunteered to go to rehab, but her brother thinks she still has...

Lindsay Picks Orange County Rehab
Lindsay Lohan is reportedly getting treatment at a rehab facility in Orange County. The name of the center has not been disclosed, but sources tell RadarOnline.com that’s where she currently is.

A source from the rehab said, “She is with us for the time being. We expect her to stay for the full 90 days, however she could bounce because there is no court order ensuring that she has to stay.”

Another rehab source says they hope this time makes a difference. “Hopefully we will be able to make a difference,” the source said. “If she makes it through the first couple weeks, she should be ok.”

Michael Lohan told Hollyscoop what he wants for this daughter. “If Lindsay stays in for a long period of time and she gets family therapy with Dina and I, then she has a shot,”...

Lindsay Lohan to Beg Judge to Let Her Stay in Rehab
We never thought we see the day when Lindsay Lohan was begging to stay in rehab. According to a new report, Lindsay will plead with a judge at her hearing next month to allow her to stay in rehab rather than go back to jail.

Her treatment team thinks Lilo needs to be in rehab this time around for at least forty five days in order to make a difference.

"Lindsay is still being assessed by her treatment team but the team is saying that she should spend at least 45 days getting in-patient treatment. It's going to take her body at least 30 days to get the substances out of her system,” the source told RadarOnline.com.

“Her body needs to do a lot of healing, and the doctors want to treat her after the remnants of the drug use have left her body. The...
